机械特点

■ 主要用于工业型材、铝合金门窗、散热片、铜材等锯切，亦可用于塑料型材 的切割下料。 

■ 使用硬质合金锯片，外径可达18″，线速度高，加工精度高。 

■ 本机床带数控送料系统，并可根据客户要求加装托料架。 

■ 采用日本三菱伺服电机，滚珠丝杠和进口导轨，因而重复切削精度高，电机 功率为4kw，更适合工业型材，铜材铝棒的切割。

■ Mainly used cutting for industrial profiles,aluminum alloy doors and windows,heat sink,copper,can also be used for cutting and baiting of plastic profile. 

■ Adopting hard alloy saw blade,diameter up to 18 " with high line speed and high processing precision. 

■ The machine tool with CNC feeding system,ａnd according to customer requirements of the installation of supporting rack. 

■ Adopting the Japanese MITSUBISHI servo motor,ball screw and imported rails,ａnd repeated cutting with high precision,more suitable for industrial profiles,copper aluminum bar cutting.
