YI、TCSL-29型差示扫描量热仪产品概述:
TCSL-29型差示扫描量热仪应用范围有:对材料氧化诱导时间的测定,高分子材料的固化反应温度和热效应、物质相变温度及其热效应测定、高聚物材料的结晶、熔融温度及其热效应测定、高聚物材料的玻璃化转变温度等。实验对象为:固态、液态、粘稠试样,除了气体。将试样和参比物分别放入坩埚,置于炉中进行程序加热,改变试样和参比物的温度。若参比物和试样的热容相同,试样又无热效应时,则二者的温差近乎为“零”,此时得到一条平滑的曲线。随着温度的增加,试样产生了热效应,而参比物未产生热效应,二者之间就产生了温差,在DTA曲线中表现为峰,温差越大,峰也越大,温差变化次数越多,峰的数目也越多。峰顶向上的峰称为放热峰,峰顶向下的峰称为吸热峰。

The application range of CTSL-29 differential scanning calorimeter includes: the determination of oxidation induction time of materials, curing reaction temperature and thermal effect of polymer materials, the determination of phase change temperature and its thermal effect of materials, the determination of crystallization, melting temperature and its thermal effect of polymer materials, the glass transition temperature of polymer materials, etc. The experimental subjects are: solid, liquid and viscous samples, except for gases. The sample and the reference substance were put into a crucible and placed in a furnace for program heating to change the temperature of the sample and the reference substance. If the heat capacity of the reference material and the sample is the same, and the sample has no thermal effect, then the temperature difference between the two is almost "zero", and a smooth curve is obtained. With the increase of temperature, the sample produces a thermal effect, while the reference substance does not, and the temperature difference between the two produces a peak, which is shown in the DTA curve. The greater the temperature difference, the larger the peak, the more the temperature difference changes, and the more the number of peaks. Peaks with upward peaks are called exothermic peaks and peaks with downward peaks are called endothermic peaks.
