特点及用途：
WGJ250型液压冷弯机是我厂研发的新型全自动工字钢弯曲设备。采用液压系统，具有传动平稳，压力大等特点，能准确定位，大幅度提高隧道工字钢加工精度。WGJ250型液压冷弯机广泛应用于我国公路隧道、铁路隧道、地铁隧道、水利水电引水涵洞、天然气管道、通信管道、地下通道等工程的工字钢、槽钢和型钢的弯曲。  

工字钢顶弯机是专门加工钢拱架的设备，加工的钢拱架可广泛应用于铁路、公路、水工隧道的工程施工，还可以用作桥梁、大型厂房等工程上的使用。其优点有：尺寸精度高，扭曲变形小，弧度圆滑。我公司可根据用户的不同需要，搭配不同的部件，实现对钢轨、工字钢、H钢等材料进行冷弯加工，效率高、易运输、操作方便等优点，是钢拱冷弯较为理想的设备。 

试机：
为保证工作顺利，在开始工作前二定要把机器调试好。
检查电源是否正常。
检查电机油泵组是否正转。
将压力表开关打开，溢流阀调压手轮松开。
点动电机，检查旋转方向是否正确。
检查电液阀和点动开关是否正常。
一切准备工作无误后，启动电机，将油压调至10Mpa，试运行三分钟左右，如果运转正常，准备正式工作。

工字钢弯拱机产品首要参数： 

操作者要严格按照折弯机的安全操作规程操作，如在操作过程中发现异常，应立即停止操作，停机检查原因。

折弯机安全操作规程如下：
1、严格遵守机床工安全操作规程，按规定穿戴好劳动防护用品。
2、开机前应将上、下模具清理、擦拭干净。
3、检查托料架、挡料架及滑块上有无异物，如有异物，应清理干净。
4、按所折板料厚度、选择适当模口，模口尺寸一般等于大于8倍板料厚度。 
5、由板料折弯力数或折弯力计算公式得出工件的折弯力，工件折弯力不得大于1000KN。 
6、折弯狭板料时，应将系统工作压力适当降低，以免损坏模具。
7、调节滑块行程时，应保证调量小于100，以免损坏机器。
8、折弯前，应将上下模具间的间隙调整均匀*。
9、折弯时，不可将手放在模具间，狭长小料不可用手扶。一次只许折弯一块料，不许多块分节同时折弯。检查油箱油位，启动油泵检查液压管道、油泵有无异常。

The WGJ250 type hydraulic cold bending machine is a new type of automatic I-steel bending equipment developed by our factory. Using the hydraulic system, it has the characteristics of smooth transmission, high pressure and so on. It can accuray locate and greatly improve the machining precision of the tunnel I-steel. The WGJ250 hydraulic cold bending machine is widely applied to the bending of I-beam, channel steel and section steel in highway tunnels, railway tunnels, subway tunnels, water conservancy and hydropower diversion culverts, natural gas pipelines, communication pipes and underground passages.

The top steel bending machine is specialized processing equipment of steel arch, processing of steel arch construction can be widely used in railway, highway, hydraulic tunnel, also can use as bridges, factories and other projects on large-scale. Its advantages are: high precision, small distortion and smooth arc. According to the different needs of users, our company can match different components to achieve cold bending of rail, I-steel, H steel and other materials, with the advantages of high efficiency, easy transportation and convenient operation. It is an ideal equipment for cold bending of steel arch.

Test machine:
In order to ensure the smooth work, the machine must be debugged two before the start of the work.
Check whether the power supply is normal.
Check whether the motor oil pump group is turning.
Open the pressure gauge switch and release the handwheel with the overflow valve.
Point the motor to check whether the rotation direction is correct.
Check whether the electro-hydraulic valve and the point moving switch are normal.
After all the preparatory work is unmistakable, start the motor, adjust the oil pressure to 10Mpa, and try to run for about three minutes. If it is normal, be ready to work.
