(一)、概述
1.1 主要用途及适用范围
本仪器适用于GB3682-2000《热塑性塑料熔体质量流动速率和熔体体积流动速率的测定》
本仪器用来测定各种高聚物在粘流状态时熔体流动速率,它既适用于熔融温度较高的聚碳酸酯、聚芳砜、氟塑料、尼龙等工程塑料,也适用聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯、ABS树脂、聚甲醛树脂等熔融温度较低的塑料测试。广泛应用于塑料生产、塑料制品、石油化工等行业以及有关院校、科研单位和商检部门。
本机特点:
a. 升温速度快、超调量极;
b. 恒温精度高;
c. 调料后能迅速恢复恒温状态;
d. 本机具有自动/手动两种功能。
1.2 工作原理
熔体流动速率指热塑性塑料在一定的温度和负荷下,熔体每10min通过标准口模的重量或体积,用MFR表示,其数值可以表示热塑性塑料在熔融状态时的粘流特性。
1.3 工作条件
a. 室温10℃-40℃之间;
b. 环境湿度在30%-80%之间;
c. 周围无震动,无腐蚀性介质的环境中;
d. 在稳固的基础上正确安装并调水平;
e. 工作时无强磁场干扰,周围空气无强对流;
f. 电源电压220V,频率50HZ,电源电压的波动范围在±10%之间。
(二)、本机结构
本仪器由塑料挤出系统、温度控制系统、温度测量系统、自动切料系统组成。
2.1塑料挤出系统
塑料挤出系统由炉体、加热料筒、活塞、口模、砝码、拨杆等部件组成。
2.2温度控制系统
此系统具有加温和恒温作用,温度控制范围为室温到+300℃,精度为±0.5℃以内。
2.3温度测量系统
可以实时测量并显示温度数值
2.4自动切料系统
按照设置好的时间间隔自动切料,计时单位为秒。

(1) overview
1.1 main purpose and scope of application
This instrument is applicable to the determination of the mass flow rate and the volume flow rate of thermoplastic plastic melt in gb3682-2000.
The instrument used to measure a variety of polymer melt flow rate when the viscous flow state, it is suitable for high melting temperature of polycarbonate, aromatic sulfone, fluorine plastic, nylon and other engineering plastics, also used polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, ABS resin, poly formaldehyde resin with lower melting temperature, such as plastic test.
It is widely used in plastic production, plastic products, petrochemical industry and related colleges, scientific research units and commodity inspection departments.

B. high temperature accuracy;
C. after seasoning, the temperature can be quickly restored.

1.2 working principle
Refers to the thermoplastic plastics melt flow rate under certain temperature and load, the melt every 10 min through standard mode of the weight or volume, expressed with MFR, its value can be said viscous flow characteristics of thermoplastics in the molten state.
1.3 working conditions
A. room temperature 10 ℃ and 40 ℃;
B. environmental humidity is between 30% and 80%;
C. No vibration, no corrosive media environment;
D. Correct installation and adjustment on a solid basis;
E. No strong magnetic field interference during work, no forced convection in the surrounding air;
F. Power supply voltage 220V, frequency 50HZ, the fluctuation range of power supply voltage is between plus or minus 10%.
(2) the structure of the machine
This instrument is composed of plastic extrusion system, temperature control system, temperature measurement system and automatic cutting system.
2.1 plastic extrusion system
The plastic extruding system consists of furnace body, heating cylinder, piston, mouth die, weight, pole and so on.
2.2 temperature control system
This system is heating and constant temperature, temperature control range for room temperature to + 300 ℃, accuracy is within plus or minus 0.5 ℃.
2.3 temperature measurement system
You can measure and display temperature values in real time
2.4 automatic cutting system
According to the setting time interval automatic cutting, the time unit is seconds.
