This series product performance is stable and reliable, using imported chip, a 16-bit microprocessor control, the stability, reliability and security of the instrument system are greatly improved. Converter is the main function of the oxygen potential of the detector output signal E (mV) into a digital display. The oxygen potential signal is under the stable temperature environment. On furnace temperature control, the algorithm USES the fuzzy control algorithm and control constant temperature (750 ℃), floating temperature calculation way, make the oxygen signal is stable and accurate measurement.

(一)一次仪表(氧探头):氧探头由防尘装置、氧化锆管、加热电炉、测温热电偶、接线盒以及壳体等主要部件组成。整个装置采用全封闭型结构,以增加整个装置的密封性能,提高使用寿命。氧探头长度为0.2m、0.4m、0.6m、0.8m、1.0m、1.2m 温度范围:0-750℃(低温);750℃-900℃(中温);900℃以上(高温)

(二)二次仪表(氧量变送器):变送器实际上是一个小型的测控系统,由单片机作为*控制系统。将来自氧探头的模拟信号(氧势、热电势)分别转换成0-10KHz 调频信号,经光电隔离后送至计算机,采用调频方式能将仪表输入、输出相互隔离,这样就消除了诸如大电流跳变所引起的干扰,能够克服高共模电压,因而大大提高了仪表的抗*力。应用程序主要由主程序和子程序组成,所有的程序都采用模块结构编制,便于修改、增加软件功能,以满足不同用户的特殊需要。程序运算采用了三位浮点数,保证了运算的精度,对氧浓、炉温的计算,采用查表线性插值法,对炉温的控制采用增量式PID 算式控制。
(二) secondary instrument (oxygen transmitter) : transmitter is actually a small measurement and control system, by single chip microcomputer as the central control system. Oxygen probe will come from analog signals (oxygen potential, thermoelectric potential) into 0 to 10 KHZ frequency modulation signal, respectively, after photoelectric isolation sent to the computer, using frequency modulation to instrument input, output, isolated, thus eliminating the interference caused by such as large current jump, can overcome the high common-mode voltage, thus greatly improve the anti-interference ability of the instrument. Application is mainly composed of main program and subroutines, all programs use the module structure, easy to modify, increase software functions, in order to meet the special needs of different users. Program operation adopted three floating point Numbers, ensure the accuracy of the operation, the oxygen concentration, the calculation of furnace temperature, using the look-up table linear interpolation method, to control the furnace temperature control by incremental PID formula.
