DESCRIPTION
The Model 53/54 of Series CCD is a general purpose, solid-state,
piezoresistive pressure sensors packaged in a dual-in-line configuration to
mount on standard PC board directly.
All elements in these series are uncompensated high performance die
mounted on a ceramic substrate with one or two metal tubes.
Both models are available for gage, absolute and differential configurations
from 0.3 psi to 100 psi. They are intended for use where excellent long-
term stability and low cost are required.
For span calibrated and temperature compensated unit, please refer to
Series of 53A/54A. Custom designs can be done for specific applications.
