Upon completing the collection and compilation of the IBE data a presentational meeting will be scheduled. The purpose of the meeting will be to review the IBE findings, identify areas in need of improvement, and outline corrective actions that need to be taken. Topics to be presented will include:

对于处理紧急发生的故障,供货商通过、传真以及其它方式帮助买方,仍不能解决问题时,供货商需在2小时内派人到现场服务,连续处理直到故障排除,设备系统恢复正常为止。
In case of special site service, The SuperCTRL shall arrange its site service personnel to join in overtime work activities and on-duty till the problem is solved.
