1. 陕西BLD51系列隔爆型高效节能灯(LED光源)使用范围
BLD51系列隔爆型高效节能灯(LED 光源,以下简称节能灯)防爆性能符合GB3836.1-2000《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备 第1部分:通用要求》、GB3836.2-2000《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备 第2部分:隔爆型“d”》的规定。适用于户内、户外具有爆炸性气体混合物为Ⅱ类A、B级,T1~T4组的1区、2区场所中,在交流50HZ额定电压220V线路中作照明之用。
节能灯的有关技术资料图样和样机均经国家防爆电气产品质量监督检验测试中心(CQST)审查检验合格,并取得防爆合格证,防爆合格证证书编号为:CNEx08.0559。
Application:
BLD51 series of flame-proof HESE Lamps (LED LIGHTING SOURCE, Hereinafter called HESE lamp ) are designed and manufactured according to the standards: GB3836.1-2000 “ Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 1: General Requirements “, GB3836.2-2000 “ Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 2: Flame-proof Enclosure “d” “. They are suitable to be used in place of zone 1 or 2 where there is explosive gas mixture which belongs to category Ⅱ, class A、B, group T1~T4 for lighting in a circuit with AC 50HZ, rated voltage of 220V.
The technical drawings and documents are validated by CHINA NATIONAL QUALITY SUPERVISION AND TEST CENTRE FOR EXPLOSION PROTECTED ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS ( CQST ), and issued explosion-proof certificate, serial No. is CNEx08.0059.
2.适用条件
a) 海拔不超过2000m;
b) 周围环境温度不高于+40℃,不低于-50℃;
c) 周围空气的相对湿度不大于95%(+25℃时);
d) 在含有爆炸性气体混合物不超过Ⅱ类,A、B级,T1~T4组的1区、2区环境中;
e) 在无破坏绝缘的气体或蒸汽的环境中。
Using Conditions:
a) Altitude of the site of installation does not exceed 2000m;
b) The ambient air temperature does not exceed +40℃, the lower limit of ambient air temperature is - 50℃;
c) The relative humidity does not exceed 95% ( at+25℃) ;
d) The ambient place where there is explosive gas mixture which does not exceed category Ⅱ class A、B, group T1~T4;
e) The site in which there is not gas or rapour which may corrode insulation material.
3.技术参数
3.1 节能灯高效、节能、使用寿命长、光照效果好和光照面积大特点,LED 作为第四代光源,技术*,性能优良,具备以下:
a、低耗能,和白炽灯相比节能90%;
b、使用寿命长,在恰当的电流和电压情况下长达3-5万小时,是其他同类灯具的数十倍;
c、亮度高,显色指数高Ra>80,光源方向性好;
d、环保,由无毒的半导体材料制成光源,不想荧光灯含水银会造成污染;
e、无热辐射,热别适宜于对防爆要求较苛刻的环境等诸多优点。

c、Luminance is excellent, coloration index Ra>80, and good direction property;
d、No pollution, The source material is made of semiconductor, but the mercury vapor lamp may pollute environment.
e、No heat radiation, It is suitable to be used in hazardous site.

4.BLD51LED防爆节能灯的结构及防爆性能概述
4.1 节能灯在设计时,充分考虑了内部爆炸性气体混合物发生爆炸时,不引起外部爆炸性气体混合物发生爆炸,通过在材料强度、结构、温度等方面采取措施,确保产品的安全可靠。
4.2 节能灯的外壳采用压铸造铝合金制成。压铸铝合金的抗拉强度不小于120MPa含镁量小于5%(质量比)。能承受7J的冲击能量试验。
4.3 节能灯的透明罩采用钢化玻璃制成,能承受7J的冲击能量试验。
4.4 电缆引入装置用密封圈硬度为邵氏硬度45~55度,密封圈能经受GB3836.1规定的老化试验,适用的zui小电缆外径为ф12~ф20。
4.5 节能灯外壳内外设有可靠的内外接地,其附近设有接地符号。
4.6 节能灯可在任意方向调节。
4.7节能灯的绝缘强度,能够承受交流1500V,历时1min的工频耐压试验。
4.8 节能灯的绝缘电阻在正常环境中不低于100MΩ。
Construction:
4.1 The HESE lamp is stable and safe for using explosive gas mixture, because we design and manufacture according to relative standards in material , structure and temperature.
4.2 The enclosure is made of casting aluminium alloy which contains magnesium not more than 5% (quality ratio ). The tensile strength of aluminium alloy exceed 120MPa. It can be ensured hit experiment 7J.
4.3 The guard of lamp is made of toughened glass. It can be ensured hit experiment 4J.
4.4 The hardness of rubber gasket is 45~55. The rubber gasket may stand up to aging test. It is used for Φ12~Φ20 external dia. of the cable.
4.5 There are internal and external earthing with marks.
4.6 The lamp could be adjusted at any direetion.
4.7Withstanding voltage of the lamp is 1500V, lasting time 1min.
4.8 Normal insulation resistance must exceed 100MΩ.
