CTEC-3000是一高棈密度的抽取式多功能電錶，它可直接計測30種以上之電力量測，具多種顯示可直接讀出所有量測參數值。具備RS-485通訊接口，可直接與監控系統連接;並且可經由控制面盤RS-232實現現可程?式功能，或經由通訊口以遙控方式達成 。 CTEC-3000除了能以單一表量測所有電力單位 (V、A、W、VAR、PF、WH、VARH、Hz) 外，還具有*大值、*小值量測，及設定值接點輸出等功能。在通信介面上，有串列的 RS-232 及 RS-485 可供選擇，以世界上極通用的 MODBUS RTU 為通信協定，提供使用者更方便的搭配。
