产品概述:
进口双铰刀泵是在潜水排污泵的基础上采用技术研发而成,此系列水泵具有带撕裂的结构,能将污水中长纤维、袋、带、草、布条等物质撕裂、切断,然后顺利排放,适合于输送含有坚硬固体、纤维物的液体以及较脏、粘、滑的液体。双铰刀泵水力性能良好、成熟,产品经性能测试,符合有关设计要求。
产品特点:
双铰刀泵能力强、无堵塞,能有效通过直径φ30~φ80 毫米的固体颗粒。采用特殊的双道切割水力部件设计,水泵叶轮加装切割旋转到头,进水口部装固定刀,旋转刀与固定刀均为硬质合金锻制。被输送介质中的杂质在进入叶轮流道钱即被绞碎,切断,然后顺利排放,无需在泵上加滤网。
2、双绞刀潜水泵尤其适合工况条件恶的环境,结构坚固、体积小。浮球开关可根据所需的水位变化,自动控制泵的停启,自动对水泵进行运行管理,无需额外人工看护。
