HP-130/180/240 Horizontal automatic packing machine

适用范围：
1、块状物类：糖果、巧克力、饼干、花生、青豆、开心果、糖、糕点、日用品、熟食、酱菜、膨化食品等。

2、颗粒类：结晶味精、颗粒状药品、胶囊、种子、化学原料、砂糖、鸡精、瓜子、果仁、农药、肥料、饲料等。

3、粉剂类：调味品、味精、奶粉、葡萄糖、洗衣粉、化学原料、精细白糖、农药、肥料等。

4、液体/酱体类：洗涤剂、黄洒、酱油、米醋、果汁、饮料、番茄酱、花生酱、果酱、辣椒酱、豆瓣酱等。

Applicable scope:

1、Solid Species: candy, peanut, green bean, pistachio, crystal candy, brown sugar, cookie, cake, daily commodities, cooked food, pickles,puffed food etc.

2、Granule Species: grain, refined monosodlum glutamate, granular drug, capsule, seed, chemistiy condiment, granulated sugar, chicken essence, melon seeds, nuts, pesticide, fertilizer, feed etc.

3、Powder species: milk powder, grape sugar, washing powder, chemistry condiment, refined sugar, pesticide, fertilizer etc.

4、Liquid Species & Thick liquid Species: detergent, millet wine, soy sauce, vinegar, fruit juice, drink, tomato sauce, peanut butter, Jam, chili sauce, bean sauce etc.

性能特点：

1、采用日本三菱可编程控制器和触摸屏人机互交界面，变频调速器等系统组成，在规定范围内可随意调节速度，操作方便、稳定。

2、*的故障检测装置，当工作气压不正常或者加热管等故障时，将报警提示。

3、部分采用进口工程塑料轴承，无需加油，减少对物料的污染。

4、直接采用进口真空发生器，避免生产环境的污染。

5、符合食品加工行业的卫生标准，机器上与物料或包装袋接触的零部件采用不锈钢或其他符合食品卫生要求的材料加工，保证食品的卫生和安全。

6、包装范围广泛，通过选择不同的计量充填器，可以适用于液体、酱体、颗粒、粉末、不规则块状物等物料的包装。

7、*的卷膜直接成型技术自动完成制袋、计量充填和封口等包装工艺的全自动化生产设备。更加节约生产成本。

8、适应范围广泛，对于多层复合膜、单层PE、PP等材料均适用，能包装平袋、三边封袋、四边封袋、拉链袋等袋型。

Performance characteristics:

1、 Touch screen, PLC, VVVF and MSMMI all made by Mitsubishi that make machine can optionally adjust speed in rated range and operation convenient and stable.

2、 Advanced fault detection device: When working air pressure is abnormal or devices （heating pipe etc.） have fault, it will alarm.

3、 Some parts adopt imported Engineering Plastics bearing, do not need to oil, reduce the material pollution.

4、 Adopt imported vacuum generator, avoid production environment pollution.

5、 Measure up to hygienic standard of food processing industry, all parts that may contact with materials or packing bags are made by stainless steel or other food hygienic standard measuring up materials, ensure the products’ safe and hygienic.

6、 Wide packing application: through selecting different quantifier and filler, it can be applied in liquid packing, paste packing, granule packing, powder packing, irregular lump packing etc.

7、 Advanced film one-off molding technology: it can automatically complete pouches making, measuring, filling, sealing etc process, can economize more production cost.
