ZKBXJ-340A真空拌馅机 真空搅拌机是我公司参照*同类产品，并结合我国肉制品加工工艺特点，自行研制开发的。该机能使物料搅拌均匀、无气泡、弹性好，是肉类产品中的设备。

整机采用不锈钢材料制作，坚固耐用、易于清洗。

可设定真空度，真空效果好，可使物料在真空状态下搅拌。

采用平行双轴螺旋结构，装有斜板桨叶及螺旋推进搅拌圈（C、D型无螺旋推进搅拌圈），搅拌均匀。

采用可编程控制器和触摸屏控制，设定搅拌总时间、间歇时间及搅拌程序。

• C型为电气控制，B、D型为触摸屏，可编程控制器控制。
• D型为加氮真空搅拌机。

Description

Vacuum mixer produces evenly mixed and bubble-free processed meats with perfect elasticity.

Stainless steel structure makes durable operation and effortless cleaning.

The meats can be mixed under vacuum condition and the vacuum degree can be set up to obtain the required mixing effects.

Parallel double shafts are designed, oblique vanes and helically propelling mixing rings are fixed.

Mixing period, interval period and mix program can be set uo through PLC and touch screen

Type A and type C adopt electric control. Type B and type IV adopt touch screen and PLC

Type C and D mix with nitrogen added.
