CWNS型系列锅炉是一种常压卧式燃油燃气内燃湿背式锅炉，炉胆和受热面为非对称布置。炉胆为长圆形，增强了烟气搅动，增加了辐射受热面积。该锅炉是以水为介质的固定式锅炉，适用于以燃油、燃气为燃料的工矿、企业、饭店、机关、学校、医院等单位的生活用热水及采暖用热水。该系列型锅炉容量为0.35MW~2.8MW.

CWNS series boiler

CWNS model boiler is horizontal normal pressure internal fired oil(gas) fired wet back boiler. There is furnace and heating surface of the boiler is not symmetry to arrange. The furnace is a long circular, the smoke spirit shakes up and the radiant heating surface. The boiler is stationary boiler by the water medium; it is applicable to the factory, mineral mountain, school, hospital etc. units. The boiler capacity is 0.35~2.8MW.

CWNS型系列锅炉特性描述

■  三回程湿背式结构，组装出厂，出厂前进行燃烧调试，安装方便；

■  采用螺纹烟管，烟气流程长，强化换热效果，形成强烈的对流受热面，传热效果好，排烟温度低，热           效率高；

■  配置优质的进口燃烧机（低NOx型燃烧机），具有点火、熄火自动保护措施。燃烧充分，烟气中的有害成分低于国家标准（NOx排放量低于400mg/m3），属于环保产品；

■  各种自控装置、保护装置应用*的数字化智能控制技术，可远程精确监控燃烧过程，采用*的进口元件，有多种连锁，操作方便，保证锅炉安全可靠运行。

■  有专门的指示灯，各部件一目了然，有自动检漏防止因泄露造成事故。

■  可增设通讯接口和打印锅炉运行参数。并可设计安装多台锅炉的计算机控制系统。

■  可增设冷凝换热器和空气预热器，以提高锅炉热效率，增设后锅炉效率可提高到95%以上。

※  Can increase to condensation heat exchanger and air heater,

the boiler efficiency can increase 95%.
