Product characteristic:

2、设备部件在生产过程中严格控制，焊接件首先退火消除内应力后，再经过抛丸处理，通过现代化精密数控加工中心加工而成。

The components is strict controlled in the processing, weld parts must relieve of internal stress by annealing first, then treated by ball blast and machining by modern precise CNC center.

3、全部工作辊采用重载轴承，配合*的注油润滑系统，避免了人工操作因润滑保养不当或不及时而造成轴承磨损的问题。

All the working rolls used the heavy-duty bearing with famous brand, and coupling with advanced oiling lubrication system. It can avoid the wear of the bearing from wrong lubricating maintenance or not in time by man operation.

4、机组由高档PLC系统控制，操作者通过触摸屏就可以完成操作。
