面议The EXC-1553PCI/MCH-x is a multi-channel (up to four channels) MIL-STD-1553 interface board for PCI compatible computers. It is based on a MIL-STD-1553 certified chip used in many flight critical systems.
Each dual redundant channel supports both MIL-STD-1553A and MIL-STD-1553B protocols. Channels may be programmed individually to operate as a Bus Controller, Remote Terminal, Bus Monitor, or Remote Terminal / Concurrent Bus Monitor. The 32K x 16 of RAM allotted to each channel for the storage of data and control parameters may be updated in real time.
The EXC-1553PCI/MCH is supplied with C drivers, including source code, and Merlin for MCH software. Mating connectors provided for I/O connection.
The EXC-1553PCI/MCH is fully software compatible with the M4K1553MCH Module for the EXC-4000 carrier board family.
NOTE: There is a known problem using the EXC-1553PCI/MCH board in a computer with a Gigabyte P55 motherboard. The computer will not boot properly. We suggest using the EXC-4000PCI/xx board with module M4K1553MCH as a viable replacement.
