说明:

施工方法:FTTX工程中大规模使用皮线光缆,主要采用了两种接续方式:一种是以冷接子为主的光缆冷接技术(物理接续),一种是以熔接机为工具的热熔技术。
冷接技术:光纤冷接子是两根尾纤对接时使用的,它内部的主要部件就是一个精密的v型槽,在两根尾纤拨纤之后利用冷接子来实现两根尾纤的对接。操作起来更简单快速,比用熔接机熔接省时间。从表面上看,冷接操作简单快速,比熔接机热熔节省时间,但是的冷接技术还主要应用在光缆通信中断后应急应用。
冷接技术存在明显缺陷:
(1)冷接损耗大。由于采用物理接续,两根光纤*靠V型槽和匹配液来实现接续,这样的损耗明显要大于热熔连接点。在FTTX工程中,虽然对于线路的损耗要求没有干线要求严格,但是大损耗点就是潜在的故障点。
(2)使用寿命短,维护成本高。冷接技术中,匹配液的作用很重要。引用运营商客户统计的数据,进口的匹配液,一般的寿命会在3年左右,而国产的匹配液,寿命只有1.5~2年。这样,增加的维护的成本。而且一个冷接子的成本一般会在30到50元左右(可拆卸重复利用,但是拆卸后再用的精准度大大降低,所以冷接子标称是可重复,实际是在施工过程中都是只用一次的),实际使用维护成本高。
热熔技术热熔技术的优点:
(1)、熔接损耗小。两根光纤采用热熔技术,按照干线标准来进行的熔接,大大降低了熔接损耗。
(2)、使用寿命长,维护成本低。由于热熔标准按照干线施工进行要求,一般熔接点的寿命都会和普通光缆的寿命相差不多,不存在单个点的寿命问题。[1]
入户方式:
1 、用户室内布线:在FTTH工程中,用户室内布线是zui为复杂的环节,考虑的因素较多。既要保证线路安全,又要兼顾室内美观,同时还要施工便利,传统的单芯室内光缆已不能满足现阶段FTTH工程室内布线的要求。威普讯皮线光缆作为传统室内光缆的替代品,可以适应大多数室内布线条件,例如能以20mm的弯曲半径转弯,可以承担人踩在光缆上面的侧压力,及工程施工拖拽带来的拉力。同时,配合多种现场连接器,可以在zui短时间内实现现场成端、对接。所以,威普讯皮线光缆是FTTH室内布线的选择。
