Bohle玻勒真空吸盘是真空设备执行器之一,吸盘材料采用丁橡胶制造,具有较大的扯断力,因而广泛应用于各种真空吸持设备上,如在建筑、造纸工业及印刷、玻璃等行业,实现吸持与搬送玻璃、纸张等薄而轻的物品的任务。作者通过对日本生产的真空吸盘某些局部结构加以改进,开发出一种新的平直型真空吸盘,它具有结构更简单、安装更方便、外形美观、吸持力强等特点。经过吸持重物的试验,其性能指标达到设计要求,现已批量用于广州某造纸厂吸持纸张工序,工作平稳。
Bohle玻璃吸盘特点
一、易损耗。由于它一般用橡胶制造，直接接触物体，磨损严重，所以损耗很快。它是气动易损件。正因如此，它才如此显著地从众多气动元件中重点突出出来了。
二、易使用。不管被吸物体是什么材料做的，只要能密封，不漏气，均能使用。电磁吸盘就不行，它只能用在钢材上，其他材料的板材或者物体是不能吸的。
三、无污染。真空吸盘特别环保，不会污染环境，没有光、热，电磁等产生。
四、不伤工件。真空吸盘由于是橡胶材料所造，吸取或者放下工件不会对工件造成任何损伤。而挂钩式吊具和钢缆式吊具就不行。在一些行业，对工件表面的要求特别严格，他们只能用真空吸盘。
