此装置主要用于短屑及碎屑的连续输送，有不受切屑材质限制的优点。磁刮板排屑装置主要用于湿式加工中长度小于150毫米钢屑及铸铁屑的输送。此装置采用链条拖动刮屑板将切屑沿排屑装置底部刮出的工作方式，工作可靠、稳定，尤其是在湿式加工中，磁刮板排屑装置是替代永磁排屑装置的机型。
