产品用途Purpose:

通过从不一同的高度的不同的重锤和不同的受力面积测试电池的安全性能，按规定进行试验，电池应不起火，不爆炸。

Through different height,different weight of impact hammer,ａnd different force bearing area, test on battery, the safety property is testified only if there is no fire or explosion in test.

产品特点Product Feature

◆双轨形式，解决了因突然断电冲击锤自由落下，无论冲击锤在哪个位置，断电不落下，起到安全保护作用;

冲击锤样式的改变，安装及卸下均比较方便，精度比较高，解决了二次冲击所带来的试验误差;

◆电线外套均套有金属防火管，有效阻止电池试验过程着火而燃烧的现象;

装照明灯管，在外面可清楚看清工作室内情况;

高度为数显方式，25~1000mm可随意调节;

装测试孔及补风口，补风口+排气扇会更有效将试验废气及气压迅速排除;测试孔提供试验者如想探测试验空间里的温度或气压而设计;

控制部分与试验箱采用分离形式，可在1~2米处操作，大大减少噪音，而且起到一定的安全措施，因做冲击试验时，瞬间所产生的声音很大且速度很快，以往的控制方式会让试验者觉得刺耳，且容易受到惊吓，长期试验对耳朵造成一定的影响。
