2006年初,中国国家食品(SFDA)与布鲁克光谱仪器公司签订协议,订购总金额超过1500万美金的傅里叶变换近红外光谱仪,用来进行药品的快速筛查。这是该领域大的一笔采购项目。

荣获R&D100金奖的MATRIX™-F是新一代傅立叶变换近红外光谱仪的代表。它是台工业强化级的傅立叶变换近红外光谱系统,能够在各种恶劣的环境中工作。该仪器装配了的光学系统,以保证高灵敏度、高稳定性。该创新性系统的设计不但可以确保结果的准确性和一致性、提高了工作效率,轻松实现模型的传递和转换,可以完成一些灵敏度低、准确性差的仪器所不能检测的工作。此外,同一台仪器能够直接实现从实验室到工厂的应用,极大的简化了将实验室方法用于实际过程控制系统的转换需求。工业标准的通讯协议支持接口使得连接、远程控制更加简单化。

从原始材料的鉴别到成品的质量控制,MATRIX™-F都可以针对您的需要提供完善的解决方案。通过内置和外联的多光线接口,一台仪器可以独立控制多达48条光纤。光纤探头适用范围广,既可用于粉末状、球状样品的检测,也可用于液体、乳状液浓度的测定。

MATRIX™-F在实验室中也有广范的应用。可以先将其作为独立系统用于方法开发,再直接应用于过程控制。MATRIX™-F及其外围附件可以相互独立的安装在19英寸的标准工业机柜内。

MATRIX™-F设计可靠、维护便捷。预准直的光源,用户快速更换后无需调整光路。而且,所有的易损件和电路系统都是被置于各自独立的模块之中,因此自己更换部件时不会对密闭、干燥的光学系统产生影响。在线诊断可以实时监控整个仪器系统的工作状况,实时提示用户仪器所出现的故障。通过运行校验软件,自动验证仪器的性能指标,确保整个系统的正常工作。所有这些说明了仪器能够在运行过程中进行快捷维护并回到正常运行状态,保证工业控制的正常运行。

Real-time FT-NIR
The advantages of real time, on-line FT-NIR analysis have been well established. However, conventional spectrometers can only be installed close to the process that they are monitoring, which makes the analyzer be exposed to a hostile environment, like drastic temperature changes and exposure to dust and dirt. Furthermore, the instrument needs to be positioned in hard-to-access and often Ex-protected area.

By using fiber optics technology, the difficult to reach measurement points can be accessed by industry hardened fiber optic probes, while the MATRIX-F is positioned, e.g. in an analysis house. Bruker Optics offers complete solutions for various on-line analysis tasks.

Maximum Utility
The MATRIX-F is the only FT-NIR spectrometer which can measure material in contact as well as contactless with just one instrument using light fiber technology:

Fiber Optic Probes: Classic diffuse reflectance, transflectance or transmission probes with various path lengths can be adopted as well as process flow cells or pilot plant assemblies. Various probe materials are available, like stainless steel or Hastelloy.
Heads for Contactless Measurements:The fiber optic NIR illumination and detection head contains tungsten sources which illuminate the sample. The scattered light is collected and guided via a fiber optic cable to the spectrometer. This way, a contactless measurement can be performed remotely, opening a whole array of new applications. Up to six heads can be connected to one MATRIX-F emission or MATRIX-F duplex spectrometer.
